Description:
1. This production line consists of belt conveyor, metal detector, single-screw extruder, hydraulic screen changer, mould, water-ring pellet cutter, vibration sieve, blowing system and storage silo.
2. Production Process:
Feeding → Compacting → Extruding → Cooling → Wind blowing → Cutting → Selecting.
3. Production capacity: 150-550kg/h.
After drying the water content can reach 2-5% (according to the thickness of film).
